Silent, impeccably clean place and simply amazing area. The rooms with clean bathroom, terraces, for instance. Wide varieties of fab food at breakfast.

Great and brilliant location to explore Juan-les-Pins and welcoming service. Also - really close to the actual beach, train station and the very efficient railway.

The room was good-sized and well-kept with a safe box, central heating and a work desk.

The whole experience was very comfortable from start to finish, recommend. The place was impeccably clean with an interesting design and superbly friendly staff. The double room was fantastic with a balcony and a terrace. As for me, the location was particularly good, close to the excellent Juan-les-Pins jazz festival, and the railway station.

Superb location, tourist-friendly prices. It took 15 minutes to reach plages de l'ouest on foot. The hotel was within short walking distance to Thuret Garden. A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Time out that was only 15 minutes' walk away...

It was easy to park onsite. We really enjoyed des mimosas.

Excellent and beautiful location in Juan-les-Pins, so close to which is a great option to quickly get to places like Cannes, the inviting garden, and beach and restaurants. The breakfast at a boulangerie close by.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. With affordable prices, it offers a great option for those looking for a budget-friendly stay in a beautiful park setting. The location, right on the beach, is a huge plus, allowing guests to easily access the stunning coastline and enjoy the sun and sea. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail is evident in the small but clean bathrooms and the comfortable rooms with large double beds.

Occassional aeroplane noise but that won't stop us rebooking when we next come to the area

This was our second stay at Hotel des Mimosas. The hotel is centrally situated and although not on the promenade, it's walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants thus making it a quiet hotel without the hustle and bustle of being on the seafront. The pool, set within the gardens, is beautiful and relaxing. The hotel itself is quite old but has character. The staff is pleasant and helpful, especially Mme Olivia at reception. The rooms need some upgrading but otherwise clean and airy.

Unfortunately the hotel does not cater for light snacks except beer and soda drinks so one would need to walk to the nearest supermarket/snack bar for some provisions. Rooms need upgrading.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and basic amenities. The location is perfect for exploring Antibes, Cannes, and other nearby cities. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast, served by the pool or in your room, is delicious. The rooms may not be the most modern, but they are clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the lovely terrace where I could enjoy my morning coffee and pastry.

All was fine, nothing to be improved.
